Talk to us first
If FileVerdict isn't working the way you expected, contact us first on our support page or submit a bug report. Most issues can be fixed or explained quickly, and we'd rather solve the problem than lose you as a user.

The 14-day window
If we can't resolve it, or the app genuinely isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Which licences are covered
Lifetime licences and annual licences are both covered by this window.

After the 14-day window
After 14 days, licences are non-refundable. Annual licences remain valid until they lapse, regardless; you simply keep using the licence you paid for until the 12 months are up.

After a refund
The licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued, and the app stops working the next time it checks the licence. Nothing you already applied to your files is affected or reversed.
